This practice will work to balance the Kapha dosha. When out of balance, this earthy constitution can create feelings of depression and lethargy. You may find yourself feeling suspicious of others or hoarding material things. When the kapha dosha is balanced, the nature is sweet and caring, the spirit is contented and patient, and the heart is generous and receptive. You are stable, supportive and grounded.
