Interested to know more about the chakras?

Energy is meant to flow, and ideally, this energy (or prana) is always flowing within you. When our chakras (energy centres) are open, energy is flowing and we feel in alignment with our highest selves. But when a chakra is blocked, the energy stagnates, and we become misaligned. Often, this manifests in physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual blockages.

Join Kate from @beachbuddhameditation this Sunday for a 2hr Immersion to explore the chakras.
Learn what it feels like when your centres are all balanced, how to identify a blocked chakra and what you can do to allow the natural flow.

There will be some workshop activities and a long divine Chakra balancing Meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and harmonised throughout your body.

Finding the balance between effort & ease is a lifelong journey.

As Mother Nature is now flexing her seasonal muscles, we're also edging closer to candlelight sessions and cozy in-floor heating ;)

This is a wonderful time of year to tune inward and reconnect with self, particularly if you’re feeling the brunt of life’s busyness.
Don’t forget to honour yourself and find some balance in the chaos - take a pause, schedule in self care, explore your ebb & flow, find rest.

We’ve recently updated our timetable:
🌱our Sunrise classes are now on Tues & Thurs at 6am (will resume April 26)
🌱we’ve moved Move & Release to Mon 11am (will resume April 25)
🌱 Mums & Bubs Move is our new combo of yoga & Pilates (Wed 11am)

Introducing our monthly events:
🍂Sunday Meditation Immersion (April 24)
🍂Saturday Foundations of Yoga Workshops (April 30)
🍂Friday Candlelight Yin (date TBC)

🐣We are taking a pause on Easter Sunday & Monday (studio closed April 17 & 18)
All classes running as normal for Good Friday & Easter Saturday.
