5 Week Beginners Yoga Course

Our Beginners Course with Agustina is a 5 week rolling course as part of our Foundational Flow class on Tuesdays at 6pm.  You can join at any time, attend 5 consecutive sessions to cover our all areas to establish a good foundation for your practice ~ you’ll explore alignment principles, asana (posture) techinque and breath awareness, as well as an introduction to yoga philosophy and meditation.
The course is suitable for students of all levels of fitness and is a great opportunity to increase your knowledge and confidence prior to joining regular classes.

Tuesdays 6pm – start your course at any time!

Cost: $75 for 5 consecutive sessions

5 Week Mums & Bubs Yoga Course

This 5 Week Course with Andy is a beautiful way to reconnect with your body & breath, as well as interact in a nurturing way with your baby. Each session will include practices to strengthen & stabilise, stretch & release, as well as tools such as breathing & restorative poses to support the physical & emotional challenges of motherhood.
Mats & props will be provided for each session, so there is no need to bring anything except a baby rug (and baby of course!) This is a welcoming & nurturing environment, where you can feel free to feed, change or attend to baby as you need, and don’t worry if your baby is unsettled.
Also join our Mums & Bubs Flow on Thursdays at 11am with Jo ~ this is a casual baby friendly drop in class.
Andy is a qualified pre & postnatal yoga teacher and a mother of 3. She has over 10 years experience working with women through birth, baby & beyond, with additional training in pre & postnatal exercise, Pilates and positive programming for pelvic floor.

6 Week Prenatal Yoga Course

Join a community of other mothers-to-be with pre and postnatal yoga teacher and new mother, Sarah, for this specially designed prenatal yoga series. Based on how you feel each week, Sarah will offer a range of yoga practices to strengthen your body and release tension. Included in each class are meditation and breathing exercises to relax and turn your awareness inward and connect with your baby, yoga poses to help baby move into a great position for birth, and yoga and breathing exercises to prepare for birth.

Sarah is an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, registered prenatal yoga teacher (RPYT) with Yoga Alliance, and a postnatal yoga teacher.  As a new mother, Sarah loves sharing prenatal and postnatal yoga and guiding women to feel great through their pregnancy, find time to connect with baby, prepare for an active labour and upright birth, recover well after birth, and return to yoga safely.
